JIC Realtor Policy on Rental Units
- Realtors can get up to one months rent for facilitating the rental of any unit.
- Show the unit and be able to answer basic questions. Please call before any showings.
- Lock boxes are installed at most units available for rent.
- Contact JIC, if necessary, to answer any other questions tenant(s) may have.
- Gather application information from prospective tenant(s).
- Collect application fees from prospective tenant(s).
- Run credit report or submit information required for running credit report(s).
- Communicate results of application to tenant(s).
- Arrange meeting(s) to sign paperwork, collect initial payments, etc.
- Payment is made to Realtor upon occupancy of the unit.

- At times we list homes with Realtors.
- However, at this time we do not actively have any homes "for sale".
- We are more than happy to look at reasonable offers.
- Contract for Deed financing IS available with a reasonable (20%) down payment.
