JIC Realtor Policy on Rental Units

• Realtors can get up to one months rent for facilitating the rental of any unit.
• Show the unit and be able to answer basic questions. Please call before any showings.
• Lock boxes are installed at most units available for rent.
• Contact JIC, if necessary, to answer any other questions tenant(s) may have.
• Gather application information from prospective tenant(s).
• Collect application fees from prospective tenant(s).
• Run credit report or submit information required for running credit report(s).
• Communicate results of application to tenant(s).
• Arrange meeting(s) to sign paperwork, collect initial payments, etc.
• Payment is made to Realtor upon occupancy of the unit.

JIC Realtor Policy on Home Sales

• At times we list homes with Realtors.
• However, at this time we do not actively have any homes "for sale".
• We are more than happy to look at reasonable offers.
• Contract for Deed financing IS available with a reasonable (20%) down payment.
