Occasional we hire subcontractors to help with general cleanup, moving junk, light construction, etc.

• Must be reliable and willing to actually work.
• Reliable transportation is a big plus.
• Basic skills with equipment is a help - skid loader, backing a trailer, hammer, etc.
• Reasonable pay worked out for the specific task , no benefits.
